Development-oriented Coaching - Life Coaching
Who has never heard the saying "If you stop you get left behind"?
Right now we are expected to evolve, not only at work, but also as people. Innovation! Innovation is the natural process for improving life permanently. But how can we renew ourselves if we live inside ourselves and with ourselves? We often feel like prisoners of our own professional and emotional environment, and are unable to break out of this circle alone. Advice from others comes from their own experiences and life circumstances. Something that is valid and valuable for someone else need not be so for us.
Development-oriented Coaching may deal with objectives imposed upon us externally (by the family, our partner, the job market, business strategy, our business partner, etc.), or it can be about our own desire to take a step forward. Often times we know the (approximate) direction but do not know how to get there. Sometimes we simply go round in circles. In this case, Coaching helps, methodically and systematically, through comprehensive analyses, to establish objectives and promote their implementation, in personal or professional situations, such as choosing a profession and/or planning a career.
