Individual Coaching
The classic form of Coaching involves two people, the Coachee (client) and the Coach. In the past, this type of Coaching was contracted mainly by very senior executives or business owners. In recent years, this circle has been extended to cover underlying corporate hierarchy levels:

[*]the so-called "high potentials", who need to become familiar with leadership functions,
[*]promoted personnel who are beginning to take on responsibility for staff in their new job,
[*]as well as the self-employed and freelance professionals (lawyers, doctors etc.) to engage in self-reflection and/or obtain professional feedback.[/list]
