The International Coaching Federation (ICF) recently published the results of its study on global coaching clients. The study was conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and the Association Resource Centre Inc. of Canada, and contains, among others, the following data:

99% of people said they were "satisfied" or "very satisfied".
96% said they would like to repeat the experience.
The average ROI mentioned by companies is 7 times the initial investment.
